The Media Trophy Cricket Tournament stands as a cornerstone of Unique Media and Entertainments, representing a highly successful and celebrated event within the Tamil Nadu media industry. The tournament, also known as MTCT, the tournament attracts participants from India’s leading Television, Magazine, FM, and YouTube channels, aiming to highlight exceptional talent within the media industry.

 

Since its inception in 2019 at the esteemed Chennai Loyola College, the event has drawn the participation of nearly 400 players. Sun TV, a major channel in Asia, has notably clinched victory in four tournament seasons. However, despite the triumph of MTCT, subsequent cricket matches did not receive the same level of media attention.
